Rate your online account experience and win a £50 Amazon voucher

With Christmas just around the corner, we’re giving customers the chance to win one of five £50 Amazon vouchers by rating your experience with the Motability Scheme online account.

We’ve been adding new features to the Motability Scheme online account all year, and one of the most recently added gives customers the option to receive payments from us by bank transfer. We’d like to get customers views on using this feature, and to thank you for your time you’ll be entered into a prize draw to win one of five £50 Amazon vouchers.

To be in with a chance of winning, just follow the steps below:

Step 1: Sign in and set your payment preference

Sign-in or create a Motability Scheme online account. Go to the ‘Personal details’ section where you can check your payment details and update to bank transfer by entering your bank details. This means you’ll receive any future payments or refunds such as the Good Condition Bonus, or End of Contract Bonus for scooter and powered wheelchair customers, in just a few days of returning the vehicle, rather than waiting a few weeks for a cheque to arrive.

Please be reassured we’ll only ever use your details to make payments and refunds to you, and your details are encrypted and held securely once entered. You can also check and update these details at any time in your online account.

If you’ve already updated your bank details in your online account, you can skip straight to step two.

Step 2: Give us feedback

Click on the link below to enter the prize draw. All you need to do is fill out your details, tell us your thoughts on setting up payments by bank transfer and let us know what else you’d like to see in the Motability Scheme online account.

Step 3: Wait to hear from us!

The closing date for entries is Sunday 19 December 2021. We’ll then pick five winners at random on Monday 20 December 2021 and send the vouchers to the winners by email on Tuesday 21 December 2021.
