Following the successful pilot of WAV Taster Experiences at The Big Event in Birmingham, we’re bringing the experience to visitors attending the forthcoming One Big Day in Peterborough.
The taster experiences have been designed for those considering a WAV for the first time, and are the perfect opportunity to get a better understanding of what it’s actually like to travel in a WAV. Watch this short 60 second film to find out more:
Available on a first come first served basis, you will be allocated a suitable WAV to try as a passenger and a professional driver will drive you around the course. If the experience proves that a WAV may be a suitable option, all Motability Scheme WAV suppliers offer a no-obligation home demonstration in any WAV you are considering.
Alison Beasley, event manager, added: ‘Our visitors are at the forefront of the One Big Day events and we’re always looking to add new useful and informative elements. The new WAV Taster Experiences will offer visitors the chance to experience a WAV, as a passenger, for the first time. While we cannot offer taster experiences in all the WAVs available on the Scheme, we hope these sessions will give visitors the chance to see if they are an option worth considering.”
