Changing Motorsport, Changing Lives

Team BRIT are the world’s only competitive team of all-disabled racing drivers.

Thanks to world leading hand control technology, they enable drivers with different disabilities to race competitively against non-disabled teams.

Our partnership supports Team BRIT and Scheme customer Noah Cosby to achieve ambitions in motorsport and beyond.

Speaking about what the Scheme means to him, Noah said:

The Motability Scheme supports me to go racing and also in my day-to-day life as a Scheme customer. It’s probably one of the most important things in my life, since my injury. It’s opened my world up and helps me every single day.

On track this season

Team BRIT are competing in the 2025 Britcar Endurance Championship, with six drivers paired together in three cars, racing in eight events from April to November.

  • Noah Cosby and Caleb McDuff, the UK’s only male Deaf racing driver, are enjoying their first GT4 season in one of the McLaren 570S GT4s
  • Aaron Morgan, also a Scheme customer, and Paul Fullick continue to build on last year’s strong performances in a second McLaren
  • Asha Silva and Bobby Trundley form an autistic super team in a BMW 240i

We’re now halfway through the season and every team’s been on the podium. The Team BRIT BMW is currently leading the championship.

Complete the competition entry form by 22 August 2025 to take part. Good luck!
