Modern vehicles are more connected than ever, and can now tell us much more. They can share helpful information like engine health, battery levels, mileage and warning lights. And that means we can support you in smarter ways.
We’re starting to use this information to spot problems earlier. If something important shows up, we’ll work with the RAC to help fix it before it turns into a breakdown.
We’ve begun with a small number of models. As the technology develops, and as we grow our knowledge and partnerships, more makes and models will be added. That way, even more customers can benefit over time.
We know how important it is to keep you moving. That’s why we’re always looking for ways to improve the service you get through the Motability Scheme.
With this new support:

We do not use this data to track where you are. We only use it to help take care of your car.
