If you’re living in Scotland, now’s your chance. Scottish Disability Sport (SDS) is running events where you, or your child, can try a range of inclusive sports, meet new people, and build confidence.

SDS makes sure sport in Scotland is welcoming and open to everyone. With lots of events planned, there’s something for all abilities.
Try something new with Parasport festivals
These festivals give schoolchildren the chance to try fun, inclusive sports with expert coaches.

Coming Soon: The National Exhibition Event
SDS is hosting its biggest event yet. Whether you want to get active, learn more about disability sport, or meet new people, this event is for you.
When: Saturday 14 June 2025
Where: University of Stirling
At the event, you can:
- Try out a range of sports and physical activities
- Meet your SDS Regional Manager
- Learn from partner organisations
- Take part in education and training sessions
- Enjoy a fun-filled day
- Even challenge a Paralympian!

Motability Scheme and the SDS
The Motability Scheme and SDS work together to give people with a disability in Scotland more chances to get involved in sport.
The Scheme also supports SDS’s Education and Training programme, helping schools, universities, volunteers, and coaches.
Look out for the Motability Scheme team at SDS events. We’ll be there to chat, answer your questions, and help you explore the possibilities.
