How we keep in touch

As a Motability Scheme customer, you’ll know that your dealer is your first point of call for any issues you have with your vehicle, but the Motability Scheme is about more than just a new car, WAV, scooter or powered wheelchair. Our lease package includes everything to help keep you on the road, including information and inspiration to help you enjoy everyday freedom. That’s why we aim to provide lots of helpful information on any changes or improvements to the Scheme and relevant news too, both online and to your door!

We hope that when you placed your application, you took advantage of the offer of Lifestyle, our free quarterly customer magazine, and our monthly e-newsletters, designed specifically to help you make the most of your vehicle! Your dealer will have checked that you were happy to receive them as part of the application and would have asked for your email address if you have one.

Lifestyle magazine is sent at the end of January, April, July and October and our e-newsletters are sent in the first week or so of every month. And if you’re looking for news in between, there’s also loads of information on everything you need to know about being a Motability Scheme customer and regular news articles on our website too.

Not receiving your e-newsletter or Lifestyle magazine?


If you’re a customer and haven’t been receiving your e-newsletter and lifestyle magazine, you can request this by updating your details. If you think you should already be receiving our e-newsletter it’s worth checking your junk folder as from time to time your email service provider can filter emails through to here by mistake. Adding us to your address book is a good way of ensuring you receive your e-newsletter direct to your inbox.

Or if your prefer Facebook, we have a Facebook page which is frequently updated with all the latest news – simply search for Motability Scheme on Facebook and “like” the page to ensure that any updates are delivered straight to your Facebook feed.
