Ohme has introduced a convenient new order status tracker on their website. By simply entering your email and postcode, or the last four digits of your phone number, you can quickly check the progress of your Ohme chargepoint. This removes any uncertainty and helps you stay informed every step of the way.
Get help fast
Need assistance? Ohme’s new web chat feature is now available directly from their homepage, ensuring immediate, real-time support whenever you need it.
Just head over to their website and click the chat icon in the bottom right corner.

Take control with the Ohme app
Ohme also have an app. Their app makes it simple to manage your charging. You can choose when to charge based on the best energy tariffs available. This helps you save money and ensures your vehicle is ready whenever you need it.
