EV home charging is now even simpler with Ohme

Find out how our trusted chargepoint partner, Ohme, is helping Scheme customers with their home charging experience. They’ve added new ways to stay up to date and in control. 


Two new features are designed to support you at every stage of your charging journey:

  • Order tracker: Lets you check the progress of your chargepoint at any time
  • Web chat support: Gives you instant help straight from Ohme’s website 

We know that switching to an electric vehicle (EV) is a big step for many. If you have off-street parking, you could get a home chargepoint and standard installation included in your all-inclusive package when you choose an EV through the Scheme.  

Ohme make it easy to get started with home charging, and the two new features are helping to improve the EV experience for our customers.  

Track your chargepoint order easily 

Ohme has introduced a convenient new order status tracker on their website. By simply entering your email and postcode, or the last four digits of your phone number, you can quickly check the progress of your Ohme chargepoint. This removes any uncertainty and helps you stay informed every step of the way.

Get help fast 

Need assistance? Ohme’s new web chat feature is now available directly from their homepage, ensuring immediate, real-time support whenever you need it.  

Just head over to their website and click the chat icon in the bottom right corner.

Ohme also have an app. Their app makes it simple to manage your charging. You can choose when to charge based on the best energy tariffs available. This helps you save money and ensures your vehicle is ready whenever you need it.
