About the Guide, Dr Radha said:

“I’m excited to be supporting this new edition of the Rough Guide to Accessible Britain. It is widely recognised, that being outdoors and in nature is vital to our wellbeing and can help combat loneliness, depression, and anxiety.

“We’re encouraging A Daily Dose of Discovery, helping people to get out and explore accessible attractions in the UK, that will in turn have a positive effect on their mental and emotional wellbeing. There is such a variety of venues listed in the guide and so much useful information. The summer is looking like a fun one.”
