If you’re a Scheme customer, you may already know that your vehicle’s lease includes tyre replacements through Kwik Fit. Here’s the latest news on the service.
Kwik Fit has decided to simplify its retail operations and operate under just two brands: Kwik Fit and STS Tyre Pros. Each Tyre City centre has been changed into one of these two brands.
No centres have been closed in this rebranding, and there will be no change to the level of service you receive. If you have been using a Tyre City location for your tyres previously, please still consider this site part of the Kwik Fit family.
Booking in advance
Did you know that you can now pre-book your appointment via Kwik Fit’s easy-to-use online booking tool? This helps to ensure that they can fit you in quickly with the right tyre for your vehicle.
To make a booking:
- Visit this online booking page on the Kwik Fit website
- Enter your vehicle’s registration number and continue following the directions on the page
- Choose an available time slot and book your appointment
If you would prefer to make a booking over the phone for Kwik Fit or STS Tyre Pros, please contact Kwik Fit’s Motability Team on 0330 123 1531. It’s also possible to just go to your local Kwik Fit or STS Tyre Pros centre without an appointment and the team will fit you in as soon as they can.
Another option is requesting an at-home appointment with Kwik Fit Mobile – free of charge – if that is more convenient for you. To book an appointment with Kwik Fit Mobile, please call 0330 123 1533.
You may have noticed some changes in your local Kwik Fit centre in the last few months. Most sites are now managing all of the work carried out in centres on new Kwik Fit tablets.
The centres wanted to replace the paper-heavy processes and, more importantly, speed things up on the day of your appointment.
