Our July to September 2026 price list is now live. This quarter, customers looking for a WAV will find even more choice on the Scheme, and more options with lower Advance Payments.
Tax changes in the UK Government’s Autumn Budget means VAT and IPT now apply to most leases on the Scheme. This has added to the cost of running the Scheme. We’ve made changes to absorb some of these costs, and to protect affordability and the all-inclusive package we know you rely on.
That means every lease will still include insurance, breakdown, servicing and maintenance.
This quarter, you can choose from over 460 Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles (WAVs), including smaller vehicles and larger options for customers who need more room for passengers or mobility equipment.
All prices for WAVs are shown at 0% VAT, as most customers will qualify for VAT relief. To get this, you’ll need to complete a Customer Eligibility Declaration (CED) form. Your WAV supplier will explain how this works and help you complete the form when you order your vehicle.
Your new lease package
New orders on or after 1 July 2026 will still get our all-inclusive lease package. Your lease will also include:
- 50,000 miles for a five year WAV lease
- Up to 10 tyre replacements, including six for wear and tear over a five-year WAV lease
- An administration fee if you take your vehicle abroad
If you already have a lease with us nothing changes, these updates apply to new orders on or after 1 July.
These changes will not apply from 1 July 2026 if you get your allowance from Social Security Scotland. We’ll contact these customers once we’ve agreed with the Scottish Government what changes will be introduced and when.

Could a car with adaptations be right for you?
For some customers, a car with adaptations could be a better option than a WAV. We offer a wide range of adaptations to help you drive, get in and out of your vehicle, or store mobility equipment.
If you’re not sure which option is right for you, it’s worth taking a look at both.
If you need adaptations to make your WAV work better for you
Your WAV supplier can help you choose adaptations that meet your needs. Depending on what works best for you, they may also be able to offer a Drive From WAV.
The next WAV price list
The next price list will be available on 1 October 2026.
Prices can go up or down between quarters, but once your lease has been accepted, your price will not change.
