We’re here to help and support you throughout your lease, so in case you’ve missed a few things, we’ve summarized a list of key points to remember.
1. Customer handbook
On collection of your new car, you would have received a copy of your customer handbook from your dealer, which includes all of the information that you need to know about your lease. If you’d also like an electronic copy of this, you can download it here.
2. Requesting a V5c
A V5c is sometimes required for toll exemptions or parking permits. If you need a copy of your V5c, please complete the online form. Please note, this could take up to three weeks, as the DVLA need to send us the registration certificate.
3. Updating your details online
If your address or phone number changes throughout your lease, you can simply update these in your Motability Scheme online account.
