Carol and Geoff’s Story

‘The Motability Scheme vehicle has helped keep him involved in the family’

In this video, wife Carol tells us how the Scheme has enabled her husband Geoff to continue to spend time with his family.

Geoff was diagnosed with MS in 2014; Geoff is a keen motocross fan and before his diagnosis would spend a lot of his time out and about on his motorbike. Geoff and Carol’s two sons have followed Geoff into the sport and the whole family would often compete in motocross events together.

In this video, Carol tells us how the Motability Scheme has enabled Geoff to continue to spend quality time with his family.  Their Scheme vehicle allows them to travel to motocross events together, and transport Geoff comfortably, so he can still enjoy his favourite pastime:

Their son Tom says:

“We try to get Dad to join in as much as we can still, it’s the time spent together, the Motability Scheme vehicle has helped keep him involved in the family.”
