Getting support during Christmas hours
There are lots of ways to get help while we are closed, should you need anything.

Have you tried your online account?
You can also access lots of key services and information about your lease in your online account. This includes raising a new claim if you have an accident or arranging a tyre repair.

Breakdown cover:
If you lease a car or Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle (WAV), contact RAC Motability Assist on 0800 73 111 73 if you breakdown. They are open 24hours a day for breakdown cover.
If you lease a scooter or powered wheelchair and you breakdown, you should call Motability Assist (provided by Autohome), on 0800 953 5000.
Insurance:
If you lease a car or Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle (WAV) and have an accident, you can speak to Direct Line Motability (DLM) on 0300 037 3737.
If you lease a scooter or powered wheelchair and you have an accident you can call DLM on 0800 294 0790.
