Contacting us over Christmas

The Motability Scheme remains open to support customers over the festive period. You’ll be able to reach our Customer Services team until 1pm on Saturday 23 December and our telephone lines will open again on Wednesday 27 December. We’ll also be open from 9am to 1pm on Monday 1 January 2024 (Bank Holiday).

During the festive period, when we’re open it may take slightly longer than usual to get through – so please bear with us if you aren’t able to speak to someone straight away. You can also use the ‘Get Support’ section of our site to find answers to many common questions about your lease. The section includes a handy search bar to help you find relevant information more quickly.

Our Scheme partners will also be available to support you over Christmas. If you lease a car or Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle (WAV), you can contact RAC Motability Assist on 0800 73 111 73 if you breakdown. If you have an accident, you can speak to Direct Line Motability (DLM) on 0300 037 3737.

If you lease a scooter or powered wheelchair and you breakdown, you should call Motability Assist, provided by Autohome, on 0800 953 5000. You can contact DLM on 0800 294 0790 if you have an accident.
