Contacting us over Christmas

The Motability Scheme remains open to support customers over the festive period. You’ll be able to reach our Customer Services team until 5.30pm on Thursday 24 December and our telephone lines will open again on Tuesday 29 December. We will also be open from 9.00am to 1.00pm on New Year’s Day – Friday 1 January 2021.

During the festive period, when we are open it may take slightly longer than usual to get through so please bear with us if you aren’t able to speak to someone straight away.

Our Scheme partners will also be available to support you over Christmas. In the event of a breakdown you can contact RAC Motability Assist on 0800 73 111 73, or if you have an accident, you can speak to RSA Motability on 0300 037 3737.  However, with only essential journeys permitted in many areas of the UK, don’t forget to the check the Government‘s website before you travel.
