We recently launched a new customer community called Headlight, to give Motability Scheme customers the chance to share their thoughts and opinions on a range of topics. Keep reading to find out more and join the 1000+ customers who’ve already signed up.
What is Headlight?
Headlight is an online research community made up of Motability Scheme customers. By joining, you will be able to share your views on a range of topics, from electric vehicles and the cost of living to new mobility products and services.
The community is being run by Ipsos, a leading market research company, and will involve a range of different and exciting online activities, once or twice per month.
Why have we launched it?
We created the Headlight community to help ensure that our customers’ voices are right at the heart of everything we do. Over 1000 customers have already signed up, and we are hoping to expand this further to make sure that there are as many views represented as possible.
By taking part, you’ll have the chance to have your voice heard by sharing your honest thoughts and opinions. You’ll be able to make a real impact.
Who can take part?
To join Headlight, you need to be currently leasing a car or Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle (WAV) on the Motability Scheme. You must also be 18 or over to take part.
