From 1 September, the insurance provider for the Motability Scheme is changing from RSA Motability (RSAM) to Direct Line Motability (DLM).
We’re committed to making this transition as seamless as possible for you, so there’ll be no change to the level of cover you’re provided or the main contact numbers you’ll need to call.
Some of the teams will be staying with RSAM for a little longer to help resolve any ongoing claims, but most of the RSAM employees are moving over to DLM, so you’ll be speaking to experienced advisors should you have any queries after 1 September.
