You may have heard that the Government is banning the sale of new petrol and diesel cars after 2030, as part of their plan to reach net-zero emissions by 2050. If you have a Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle (WAV), you might be wondering what this means for you.
We spoke to Graham Lloyd, our WAV and Adaptations Account Manager, about what’s involved in converting a standard electric vehicle (EV) into a WAV. He explained some of the key things to consider when it comes to e-WAVs, and looked at two of the e-WAVs currently available on the Motability Scheme. Watch our video below:
